NomadNation Privacy Policy
This implementation includes a production policy framework. The operator must replace business identity, jurisdiction, subprocessors, retention periods, and contact details before launch.
Information processed
Account and profile details, authentication records, approximate city-level location, trips and visibility choices, community content, events, job interactions, preferences, billing identifiers, support records, and security telemetry may be processed to provide the service.
Location and trips
NomadNation is designed not to publish exact member coordinates. Members control visibility for profiles, current city, and future travel separately. Location and trip data should not be sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Purposes and legal bases
Data may be processed to perform the service, secure the platform, satisfy legal obligations, improve features with appropriate safeguards, and communicate where consent or legitimate interests permit.
Sharing
Service providers should receive only the information required for hosting, email, payments, storage, analytics, support, and security. A current subprocessor list and contractual safeguards must be published before production use.
Retention and rights
Members should be able to access, correct, export, and delete data subject to security, fraud, legal, and backup limitations. Retention schedules should be documented by data class.
Safety and moderation
Reported content and relevant evidence may be retained while a safety matter is investigated or appealed. Access must be limited and audited.
Contact
The production operator must publish privacy and data-protection contact details here.
