NomadNation Terms of Service

This implementation contains a launch-ready structure, but the operator must obtain legal review and insert its legal identity, jurisdiction, consumer terms, and contact details before offering the service.

Service

NomadNation provides destination research, travel planning, community, events, work, and marketplace features. Features, access tiers, and data availability may change.

Eligibility and accounts

Members must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials, meet applicable age requirements, and not create deceptive, duplicate, or unauthorized accounts.

Member conduct

Harassment, hate, threats, stalking, sexual exploitation, scams, spam, impersonation, unsafe event conduct, illegal activity, and unauthorized commercial solicitation are prohibited.

Travel and professional information

Destination, safety, health, visa, residence, tax, job, housing, and financial information may be incomplete or outdated. Members must verify consequential decisions with official sources and qualified professionals.

Content

Members retain rights in their content and grant the limited license needed to host, display, moderate, and operate it. Members must have the right to upload content and must respect privacy and intellectual-property rights.

Payments

Paid plans, renewals, cancellation, taxes, refunds, and marketplace transactions must be described at checkout. Payment-card data should be handled by a compliant payment provider.

Moderation and termination

Access may be restricted to protect members, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address risk. Material moderation decisions should provide notice and an appeal path where appropriate.

Liability and disputes

The production operator must add jurisdiction-specific warranties, liability limitations, consumer protections, indemnities, and dispute terms after legal review.
